Adding new users in 3 easy steps

To speed up the initial import of users into ServicePattern, or to do bulk changes, use our spreadsheet-based user list import/export feature. It allows not only adding users, but also updating their teams, skills, e-mail addresses, and even passwords. To delete users, simply add "yes" in delete column. To use this handy feature:

  1. Download the current user list as a spreadsheet.
  2. Make your changes.
  3. Upload it back.

Before proceeding with the import, the system will show you an estimate of the changes, and let you download list of issues, if any. This is much easier and can save you hours of work compared to other solutions on the market!
