Get There Early for On-Site Tours — Day 1 of CCW Australia starts out strong with a day full of on-site tours of contact centres in the Queensland area. This year, site tours take place at the Sunsuper Milton Contact Centre and Allianz Australia Insurance Brisbane Contact Centre.

Network — The CCW team always provides great opportunities to network during the event.
