Enterprise Connect was such a success this year! Attendance was up, speakers were fantastic, and what a great location! The show was in Orlando, Florida at the Gaylord Palms, March 7-10. On the cloud contact center session track, most buzz was around multichannel contact center and omnichannel technology.

As people stopped by the Bright Pattern booth and saw that we are an omnichannel provider of contact center software, many were curious how we differentiate ourselves from the other multichannel contact center providers in the industry. By providing live demos at our booth, attendees quickly saw how seamless our omnichannel routing is for delivering all interaction into a single agent UI.
